Hi, I just received the pink Tea Party shoes I ordered, and I'm very pleased with the shoes themselves, however, one of the bows has these weird greasy black marks on them. When I tried to wipe it off, I was able to remove some of it, but it's definitely still pretty dirty. Also, it seems like the leather has disintegrated underneath the black spots and is cracking and exposing the white base of the bow. Is there any way you could send me another shoe bow? Thanks!
