Even though I've been waiting 1 month for my purchase, without getting any news? And that I get told twice that you don't have the items I wanted, after having purchased them..?
I'm not okay with that.
I've paid around 100 bucks for one single thing that wasn't worth it anymore, and that I didn't want alone. It's not custom-made after my measurements so you could very well have kept it in stock for another future customer who would want a size S. Right?
I'm terribly dissapointed, as your feedback is always good. So will this end up being positive after all, and will you accept return, all fees on you? It would avoid you losing customers.
Ordered 3 items, got only 1 after a whole month without news from you. I didn't want 1 item out of 3, but you sent it off anyway. For a whole month once again, I left the package I got un-opened, cause I wanted to return it, but I got no answer from you. I ended up opening the package and guess what? The outer blouse I ordered wasn't in the package. It's an item I've never ordered form you: the Bag #63 in white and black.

i contacted the shipping service center. the bag already arrived in the shipping center on July 10th. i notified the officer to ship it out, but he said he was so busy and forgot to ship the package out.
i am very sorry about that. the bag was sent immediately this morning.
the shoe maker receive your order on Sept. 7th.
due to the national holiday in China(Oct.1~7), the boots may be ready to send in about 2 weeks
also i had stated in the post that each pair of shoes will take about up to 60 business days
