i think the length for US 7 is 24cm , so i would suggest you to take size L. or take size M if you are smaller than US 7

My foot actually measures 23.5 and I've gotten Montreal rocking horse shoes in a size 24 and they fit me perfectly, so I was wondering should I take a M or an L?
Also, I was wondering if the shoe laces were removable since they have hearts at the end, they seem like they won't come out of the boot holes in case I want to change the laces, so I was wondering if removing the laces was possible ^^

i asked the supplier few days ago about if she will make the cake shoes again, but she said since there are too many new shoes needs to be made, there is very little chance the cake shoes will be made again in short term. and even the size LL boots will take up to 2 monthes to be made.
